Cut any tops or bottoms off the radishes. Scrub well. Dice into matchstick style pieces for slaw or thinly slice for a salad. Place into a medium sized bowl.

Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves over the radishes. (Tip: Roll the room-temperature lime on the counter first before juicing to extract more juice.)

Dice the small red onion. Add to bowl.

Chop the handful of cilantro. Add to bowl

Add 1 tsp of the spice received and stir into the chopped vegetables. (Can add more if desired.)

Shortly before serving, cut, pit and slice the ripe avocado into small cubes. Add to bowl.

Add a pinch of salt to taste and gently fold all ingredients together and serve immediately.
